Founded by Sital Somaiya, a seasoned legal expert with over 15 years’ experience and having appeared on ITV News and the BBC One Show; Signature Law was established to empower clients in Family Law, helping them achieve the best possible outcome. Mia joined Signature Law as a Paralegal in September 2025. She graduated with a First- Class Batchelors degree in Law in July 2025. Previously, Mia had short tenures at Setfords and the Transport for London Legal Department which gave her an insight into Property and Commercial Law.
In her role with Signature Law, Mia acts as the first point of contact for new clients and is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process. She manages client communications, carefully reviews documentation and provides comprehensive support to the conveyancing team, further strengthening her practical legal skills.
Mia is committed to delivering a consistently high standard of client service and is working towards qualification as a solicitor, with the ambition of building a long-term career within the firm.
Abbas is a Paralegal and joined Signature Law after obtaining a degree in Law at Queen Mary University of London.
Abbas is the first port of contact for conveyancing clients to ensure they receive a smooth onboarding process. His role on a day-to-day basis includes liaising with clients, agents and third parties, reviewing documents, keeping files up to date and providing high quality support throughout the conveyancing process.
In the future, Abbas aspires to qualify as a solicitor and practise within the firm. In his spare time Abbas volunteers as a Youth Co-ordinator for Natures Rights. Abbas enjoys trying new things and keeping himself busy.
Maryam joined Signature Law in June 2025 as a Paralegal in the Conveyancing Department. She is currently completing her integrated LLB Law, Master of Lawn and LPC and is set to graduate in 2025. Maryam aspires to qualify as a property solicitor and is passionate about building her career in residential conveyancing. Maryam has completed an internship as a Conveyancing Assistant, where she led the pre and post-completion processes.
She also has experience drafting Wills for clients and has gained in-depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Rules. Additionally, Maryam prepares legal documents in property transactions, ensuring that all work is thorough and accurate.
Maryam has also worked in legal administration for six months, where she excelled in administrative skills, including handling client communication and scheduling appointments.
With a strong work ethic and hands-on experience assisting with property transactions, Maryam is dedicated to delivering reliable, professional support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Maryam is fluent in Urdu and Hindi and has a strong understanding of Punjabi, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
Jide joined Signature Law in September 2025 as the Accounts Manager. He is a senior finance professional with over 20 years’ experience supporting regulated, client-focused organisations, including professional services and legal environments.
He brings deep expertise in financial governance, compliance and risk management, with a strong working knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules and the controls required to safeguard client money. Working closely with partners and senior leadership, Jide provides clear, commercial insight across budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting and internal controls to support sound decision- making and sustainable growth.
He is well positioned to hold the role of Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) responsibility, overseeing client and office accounts, reconciliations, audit readiness and financial risk which are the future plans for Jide. Known for his collaborative approach, Jide supports a client-first culture while upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency and regulatory excellence.

Sunny joined Signature Law in September 2023 and became a Director in September 2024. As a Co-Owner and Marketing & Operations Director at Signature Law Ltd, Sunny combines his strategic vision and operational expertise to drive growth and build meaningful client relationships. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses, having successfully contributed to expanding Signature Law from a two-person team to a thriving firm with multiple departments.

Sadid has been involved in dealing with the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial properties across England as well as re-mortgaging, transfer of equity and right to buy transactions. He has also represented clients and lenders with the purchase and sale of properties under Islamic Finance and Sharia Law compliance.
Sadid values the importance of meeting clients’ needs and objectives. He has a practical, solution driven approach and believe in delivering a tailored and comprehensive legal service to each individual.
Sadid invariably embraces a forward-thinking approach to all matters to attain the best possible outcome for my clients. Synonymously, he always strives to progress matters to conclusion in a timely and efficient manner.
Sadid recently joined Signature Law as a Senior Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing department, having previously worked at an established and prominent law firm based in London. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with an array of residential conveyancing transactions, acting for property investors, various individuals, first-time buyers, restauranteurs, limited company and corporate entity clients as well as financial institutions and well-known lender clients.
From joining Signature Law, almost immediately, Sadid has proven that he is a valuable member of the Conveyancing Team and is the Head of Conveyancing and Probate.
Reshmi has been practicing as a solicitor since 2010 and joined Signature Law in January 2025. She has completed her master’s (LLM) from University of Northampton.
Reshmi specialises in Residential Conveyancing and Commercial conveyancing and has been working on a diverse and wide range of property transactions since then. She is a dual qualified lawyer with experience in India and UK.
Reshmi places particular emphasis on providing a high level of service to her clients in every aspect of the transaction. Reshmi has a reputation as being friendly, helpful, proactive and efficient. Clients regularly comment that Reshmi goes above and beyond the call of duty when compared to firms they have used previously.
Reshmi’s emphasis on work is to ensure that all clients and anyone who has a connection with the firm (including other solicitors, Mortgage brokers, etc) are all customers in one way or another and, beliefs that everyone should be treated as we would wish to be treated ourselves - running the business on the fundamentals of fairness, calls returned, pleasant and clear communications, good relationships and being proactive.
Melissa joined Signature Law as a Paralegal in July 2024. Melissa obtained a Bachelors of Law degree in 2023 and has completed Part One of her Solicitors Qualifying Exam.

Over her legal career, Melissa has had a great deal of exposure working closely within Family Law, where she has had a wide range of experience including cases of Domestic Abuse, Child Arrangements Proceedings, Divorce and Finance and Care Proceedings.
Melissa wishes to develop her passion in Family Law particularly cases involving Domestic Abuse and Children such as Injunctions, Child Arrangements Proceedings and Care Proceedings. She aspires to qualify as a Solicitor in the near future.
Chetan joined Signature Law as a Conveyancing Paralegal in November 2024. He Specialises in Conveyancing and is currently pursuing the route to becoming a qualified Conveyancer, demonstrating his commitment to advancing his expertise in the field.
Chetan also holds a master’s degree in business administration, which enhances his ability to navigate the client service and administration. He has valuable experience in Residential Conveyancing.

Natalia joined Signature Law as a Paralegal in November 2024. She earned a Bachelor of Laws in 2021, which included a year of study at Charles University in Prague, followed by a Master’s in European Law in 2023.
Her academic focus includes European and International Family Law, and she completed a First-Class Master’s thesis on international surrogacy arrangements.
Natalia has gained extensive experience in proceedings under the Family Law Act 1996 and Children Act 1989, as well as divorce cases. She has also supported senior solicitors in Care and Finance proceedings.
Natalia is eager to further develop her expertise in areas such as parental orders, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. She is committed to qualifying as a Solicitor in the near future.
Romeo has been a Paralegal in the Conveyancing department since October 2024.
Romeo has completed the LPC and, in addition, a masters known as the LLM course. Throughout his career, he has cultivated experience in enterprise, commercial and property law. He has experience in the conveyancing process ranging from instruction to post completion, as well as dealing with lenders.
Romeo prides himself on breaking down the conveyancing process for clients, meeting the needs of various clients, and providing the best services needed in multiple circumstances. He has completed his CQS training and is due to complete his SQE 2 in due course and qualify as a solicitor within the Firm.
Walid Joined signature law as a conveyancing paralegal in December 2024. Having graduated in 2023, he is currently completing his LLM LPC and aspires to qualify as a solicitor.
He has experience in assisting with property transactions and delivering high-quality support to clients.
Daniel qualified as a solicitor in 2003. Having experience of more than 20 years, Daniel has expertise in all aspects of residential property transactions acting for all types of sellers and buyers including first time buyers, homeowners and investors in both freehold and leasehold transactions including complex property issues. He also advises on properties being sold at auction for both sellers and buyers including providing advice on auction legal packs.
Daniel also acts for clients in all types of commercial properties including retail, restaurants, industrial premises, educational establishments and offices including commercial lease transactions for landlords and tenants.
Daniel's approach is to find the simplest solution to a complex matter and provide proactive and practical advice to achieve a resolution in the most efficient way possible.

Usitha joined Signature Law as a Conveyancing Paralegal in April 2025. He is a qualified Lawyer (Attorney-at-Law) in Sri Lanka and holds an LLB from Staffordshire University, with a strong background in conveyancing and probate matters.
With a keen interest in UK property law, Usitha is currently pursuing the route to becoming a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. His international legal experience, coupled with his commitment to continuous professional development, allows him to deliver a well-rounded and insightful approach to each transaction.
In addition to his legal qualifications, Usitha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA), which enhances his capabilities in client care, communication, and legal practice management.

Usitha also speaks Singhalese making the process even easier for those clients that require matters explained to them in their native language. Gloria Jackson joined Signature Law in October 2025. She is an experienced solicitor who has been successfully practising law since 2012, specialising in Conveyancing— both Residential and Commercial. Over the years, she has developed extensive expertise across a broad spectrum of property-related matters, earning a reputation for precision, efficiency, and client-focused service. Her experience spans sales and purchases, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, lease assignments, surrender and re-grant of leases, lease renewals and extensions, property finance, and land acquisitions for major development and re-finance transactions. Pooja regularly advises on the purchase and sale of investment property portfolios, restructuring and refinancing, and landlord and tenant transactions for commercial retail clients, offshore investment companies, and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). Pooja has also worked on Ministry of Defence (MoD) projects and specialises in lease extensions and collective enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended). In addition, she has significant experience in Sharia/Islamic financial property transactions, wills, and trust deeds, having worked closely with Al Rayan Bank UK Ltd, Habib Bank AG Zurich, and Habibsons Bank UK Ltd, among other Islamic financial institutions. Her practice covers a wide range of asset classes, including retail, restaurants, offices, industrial units, and warehouses. Pooja also speaks Hindi and Marathi to ensure that she provides a more tailored service to her clients.
