Sadid has been involved in dealing with the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial properties across England as well as re-mortgaging, transfer of equity and right to buy transactions. He has also represented clients and lenders with the purchase and sale of properties under Islamic Finance and Sharia Law compliance.

Sadid recently joined Signature Law as a Senior Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing department, having previously worked at an established and prominent law firm based in London. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with an array of residential conveyancing transactions, acting for property investors, various individuals, first-time buyers, restauranteurs, limited company and corporate entity clients as well as financial institutions and well-known lender clients.
From joining Signature Law, almost immediately, Sadid has proven that he is a valuable member of the Conveyancing Team and is the Head of Conveyancing and Probate.
Reshmi has been practicing as a solicitor since 2010 and joined Signature Law in January 2025. She has completed her master’s (LLM) from University of Northampton.
Reshmi specialises in Residential Conveyancing and Commercial conveyancing and has been working on a diverse and wide range of property transactions since then. She is a dual qualified lawyer with experience in India and UK.
Reshmi places particular emphasis on providing a high level of service to her clients in every aspect of the transaction. Reshmi has a reputation as being friendly, helpful, proactive and efficient. Clients regularly comment that Reshmi goes above and beyond the call of duty when compared to firms they have used previously.
Reshmi’s emphasis on work is to ensure that all clients and anyone who has a connection with the firm (including other solicitors, Mortgage brokers, etc) are all customers in one way or another and, beliefs that everyone should be treated as we would wish to be treated ourselves - running the business on the fundamentals of fairness, calls returned, pleasant and clear communications, good relationships and being proactive.
Melissa joined Signature Law as a Paralegal in July 2024. Melissa obtained a Bachelors of Law degree in 2023 and has completed Part One of her Solicitors Qualifying Exam.

Over her legal career, Melissa has had a great deal of exposure working closely within Family Law, where she has had a wide range of experience including cases of Domestic Abuse, Child Arrangements Proceedings, Divorce and Finance and Care Proceedings.
Melissa wishes to develop her passion in Family Law particularly cases involving Domestic Abuse and Children such as Injunctions, Child Arrangements Proceedings and Care Proceedings. She aspires to qualify as a Solicitor in the near future.
Chetan joined Signature Law as a Conveyancing Paralegal in November 2024. He Specialises in Conveyancing and is currently pursuing the route to becoming a qualified Conveyancer, demonstrating his commitment to advancing his expertise in the field.
Chetan also holds a master’s degree in business administration, which enhances his ability to navigate the client service and administration. He has valuable experience in Residential Conveyancing.
Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, Chetan strives to ensure a smooth and efficient property transaction process for every client.
Natalia joined Signature Law as a Paralegal in November 2024. She earned a Bachelor of Laws in 2021, which included a year of study at Charles University in Prague, followed by a Master’s in European Law in 2023.
Her academic focus includes European and International Family Law, and she completed a First-Class Master’s thesis on international surrogacy arrangements.
Natalia has gained extensive experience in proceedings under the Family Law Act 1996 and Children Act 1989, as well as divorce cases. She has also supported senior solicitors in Care and Finance proceedings.
Natalia is eager to further develop her expertise in areas such as parental orders, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. She is committed to qualifying as a Solicitor in the near future.
Romeo has been a Paralegal in the Conveyancing department since October 2024.
Romeo has completed the LPC and, in addition, a masters known as the LLM course. Throughout his career, he has cultivated experience in enterprise, commercial and property law. He has experience in the conveyancing process ranging from instruction to post completion, as well as dealing with lenders.
Romeo prides himself on breaking down the conveyancing process for clients, meeting the needs of various clients, and providing the best services needed in multiple circumstances. He has completed his CQS training and is due to complete his SQE 2 in due course and qualify as a solicitor within the Firm.
Walid Joined signature law as a conveyancing paralegal in December 2024. Having graduated in 2023, he is currently completing his LLM LPC and aspires to qualify as a solicitor.
He has experience in assisting with property transactions and delivering high-quality support to clients.
Daniel qualified as a solicitor in 2003. Having experience of more than 20 years, Daniel has expertise in all aspects of residential property transactions acting for all types of sellers and buyers including first time buyers, homeowners and investors in both freehold and leasehold transactions including complex property issues. He also advises on properties being sold at auction for both sellers and buyers including providing advice on auction legal packs.
Daniel also acts for clients in all types of commercial properties including retail, restaurants, industrial premises, educational establishments and offices including commercial lease transactions for landlords and tenants.
Daniel's approach is to find the simplest solution to a complex matter and provide proactive and practical advice to achieve a resolution in the most efficient way possible.
Abigail joined Signature Law in March 2025 after having qualified as a solicitor in September 2024. Prior to qualification Abigail had gained over 6 years of experience in practicing in Family, Immigration and Civil Litigation.
Abigail also holds a master’s degree in law and business management. Abigail now predominantly specialises in Family law, having gained expertise in proceedings under the Family Law Act 1996 and Children Act 1989, Care proceedings, Child Abduction as well as divorce and finance cases. Abigail's passion lies with Child Arrangements and enjoys ensuring that a child's welfare is protected with the best outcome for her clients. Abigail is eager to further develop her expertise in areas such as pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements as well as complex finance proceedings.
Abigail’s approach is to build trust and handle matters with an attentive and proactive touch to deliver clear advice and achieve a favourable outcome for every client. Abigail also speaks Yoruba to offer that bespoke service to her clients.
Usitha joined Signature Law as a Conveyancing Paralegal in April 2025. He is a qualified Lawyer (Attorney-at-Law) in Sri Lanka and holds an LLB from Staffordshire University, with a strong background in conveyancing and probate matters.
With a keen interest in UK property law, Usitha is currently pursuing the route to becoming a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. His international legal experience, coupled with his commitment to continuous professional development, allows him to deliver a well-rounded and insightful approach to each transaction.
In addition to his legal qualifications, Usitha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA), which enhances his capabilities in client care, communication, and legal practice management.

Usitha also speaks Singhalese making the process even easier for those clients that require matters explained to them in their native language.
